Your deposit, handled with care.
A 30% deposit of your estimated total holds your date — or you can choose to pay in full. Same simple rule for weddings, formals and special occasions. You pay by secure card the moment you book — no waiting for a link — and your booking is confirmed straight away. The remaining balance (if you paid a deposit) is paid by direct deposit no later than three days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with sufficient notice, subject to availability.
How quickly will I hear back?
You pay your deposit (or the full amount) by secure card as you book, so it's confirmed instantly — with a receipt emailed to you straight away. You then choose your appointment time and receive a Google Calendar invite. A personal message from Julie follows within 24 hours.
How much is the booking deposit, and how do I pay?

You pay securely by card at the time of booking; the remaining balance (if you paid a deposit) is paid by direct deposit no later than three days before your event.
Can I change my date?
Yes — subject to availability. Reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Is the booking really synced live?
Yes. Every confirmed booking appears in my Google Calendar instantly, so the dates you see really are open.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes — and they're strongly recommended. Trials are bookable as a separate service.
