— Policy

Your deposit, handled with care.

A 30% deposit is processed privately and securely through Stripe. The remaining 70% is invoiced 14 days before your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with sufficient notice, subject to availability.

How quickly will I hear back?

Bookings receive an immediate confirmation email plus a Google Calendar invite. A personal message follows within 24 hours.

Why a 30% deposit?

It holds your date exclusively and covers the time I'd otherwise turn away. The remaining balance is invoiced 14 days before your booking — no surprise charges.

Can I change my date?

Yes — subject to availability. Reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Is the booking really synced live?

Yes. Every confirmed booking appears in my Google Calendar instantly, so the dates you see really are open.

Do you offer bridal trials?

Yes — and they're strongly recommended. Trials are bookable as a separate service.
