Hello, I'm Juliana

I'm Juliana — a professional makeup artist & hairstylist.

I've spent years learning how to make women feel like the most considered version of themselves — not a different face, a softer one. My work lives in soft glam: luminous skin, refined eyes, hair with movement, finishes that photograph beautifully and feel comfortable all day.

This work didn't begin in a studio. It began at kitchen tables and borrowed mirrors — friends asking me to do their makeup before a night out, then before an engagement, then before a wedding. By 2017, it had stopped being a side passion. It was the only thing I wanted to do, and I started practising as a professional makeup artist that year.

From there, I trained formally in Australia and completed my Certificate III in Beauty Services — the foundation that turned an instinct into a craft. Skin science, colour theory, sanitation, technique, structure. Everything I had been doing intuitively suddenly had language and discipline behind it. The brides found me soon after, and they have been finding me ever since.

I came to this work because I love the quiet half-hour before a wedding begins — the moment a bride looks up and sees herself. That moment is what I'm here for.

My philosophy.

Beauty should feel like you, only more certain. I work with real skin, real texture, and real features — enhancing, never masking. The goal is always a look that feels timeless in photographs and natural in the mirror.

Every kit I bring is curated, not collected. Long-wear, breathable, photography-tested. Hair products chosen for movement, not stiffness. Nothing on your skin that I haven't trusted on dozens of brides before you.

A calm morning. I arrive early, unhurried, and quietly prepared. The pace of the room shifts the moment the kit comes out — that's intentional.

A look that lasts. Long-wearing products tested for tears, dancing, and long days. I want you to forget your makeup is on.

A personalised process. Every booking begins with understanding — your dress, your day, your comfort, the way you usually wear yourself.
